The Starboard Aluminium V8 Mast Set for Quick Lock 2 Wing Set is our lightest and stiffest aluminium mast, now even stronger and stiffer at no extra weight.
A triple I-beam structure makes it extra stiff and thinner walls minimize weight. With V7, the top plate is beefed up and further reinforced with lateral side-bolts that eliminate any play. Remove the Top Plate and the mast converts to Deep Tuttle. As a set, each V8 mast is paired with the new Quick Lock HD 36 front piece. Quick Lock lets you assemble your foil in seconds and the new HD model gives the option to lock the front wing with an extra bolt for added security.
